The Microsoft Windows-based RIDCS design software package for calculation
of construction details eases many of the complicated calculations
required in the selection of duct gage and reinforcement alternatives
for industrial ducts. The program helps designers of Air Pollution
control and industrial ventilation systems in selecting reinforcement
alternatives in all areas of industrial duct manufacturing. The version
2.0 upgrade includes a spiral duct selection feature and an extensive
calculation report. Includes a hard copy of the Round Industrial Duct
Construction Standards.
System Requirements:
A Pentium-based processor is recommended, but the minimum computer
requirements are a 486 processor with a minimum clock speed of 66
MHz running Windows 95 or 98. Also, Windows XP with Adobe Acrobat
Reader 4.0 or higher.
